Algoquant Fintech has allotted 52,05,482 fully paid-up bonus equity shares having face value of Rs. 2 each in ratio of 2:2 on 09 January 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,56,16,446 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
