Shah alongwith Sanrina Consultancy Pvt Ltd. a promoter Group Company and seek delisting of equity share capital of the Company from BSE Ltd by making delisting offer in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Reg. 2021.
