Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has made further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 3.00% in Arunodaya Hospitals, subsidiary company of the Company. Consequently, the Company now holds 70.66% of the total paid-up equity share capital of Arunodaya Hospitals.
