Rs. 2 each ("Equity Shares") of Supriya Lifescience Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 274 per equity share ("Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 700.00 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 7,299,270* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 200.00 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 18,248,175* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 500.00 crores by Satish Waman Wagh (The "Promoter Selling Shareholder") (The "Offer for Sale", together with the fresh issue, the "Offer"). The offer will constitute 31.74% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.
